All orders are shipped Monday or Tuesday for delivery via Fed-Ex or UPS. Standard shipping is shipped ground and will take 1 to 3 days based on delivery address. Orders must be received by 1 p.m. CST Tuesday to ship out that week. Standard shipping for orders received after 1 p.m. CST will be shipped the following week.
When Fed-Ex or UPS show delivery, it is considered accepted unless a claim is made within 12 hours of delivery. Product left outside over 12 hours after delivery does not extend claim time and will not be honored.
All orders are shipped frozen unless stated otherwise. Items may arrive partially thawed or thawed.
Freeze by dates are not representative of use by dates.
Red Top Farms is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Be sure to double-check addresses.
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed.

We send our packages with No Signature Required, and FedEx or UPS will normally leave your package with some important exceptions: It is up to the driver’s discretion whether the package can be left at an apartment/condo complex when there is no secure place to leave the package, or they cannot gain access directly to your unit. If you are delivering to a business address, FedEx or UPS generally requires a signature and will not be able to leave a package if the business is closed. Orders greater the $500 may require a signature. Red Top Farms cannot take responsibility for packages that are undeliverable for these reasons, so please plan accordingly.
Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rice, and U.S. territories require overnight delivery and must be placed with our team at 816-628-0078. Prices shown do not include overnight delivery.
Many of our larger cuts (e.g. roasts, hams, briskets, etc.) can take 3-4 days to completely thaw; please plan accordingly and schedule shipments to allow for thawing.
If any item you have ordered is not available, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value to ensure your order arrives on time. Some packaging and assortments may vary slightly from photographs. Prices are subject to change and are listed for the United States.
We are unable to make product modifications once an order has been confirmed.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we are not able to take returns back into our shipment facility. If you feel a product you received does not meet our guarantee, please contact us at 816-628-0078 Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. or [email protected] within 30 days of the receipt of your product and our team will gladly assist you. Ground meat may brown. This is normal and does not constitute a reason to refund or replace. Dry aged meat may appear darker in color than non-dry aged meat. This is natural and normal.
