For years, our premium cuts were only available to wholesale buyers, but now we’re opening our doors to the Kansas City community so everyone can experience the difference.

We specialize in Berkshire pork, American Kobe/Wagyu beef, and grass-fed beef, each raised with care on small U.S. family farms. Our animals are never given hormones, antibiotics, growth promotants, or anything unnatural. They are vegetarian-fed, humanely raised, and our meats are minimally processed to preserve their exceptional quality.
