This product is fully cooked: however, we recommend the following heating instructions to enhance flavor. Heating Instructions: Remove bag. Place ham on rack in open pan. Add ⅛ “ to ¼” water in pan. Bake in oven at 325°F for 10 minutes per pound. Heat uncovered for the first hour, then cover for the remaining time. let sit, uncovered, for at least 30 minutes before carving and serving.
